I love the start of a new year because I can kiss all my bad habits good bye and start fresh. This year is going to be a big year and I need to try and stay motivated with my workout routines because I’m getting married! Ahh… I can’t wait. My goal is to do 2 new exercises a week whether it be outside or in the gym. I like to mix it up so I don’t get bored :).

Today we went to our neighborhood park and walked around the track and did some exercises along the way with the park equipment. I learned that I need to work on my upper body strength, so my fiancé is going to put together a list of exercises I can try.

The exercises I did today  were high knees, sprints, pull ups, and monkey bars. Pull ups were by far the hardest for me.
